I had a wonderful experience in Piercer Charlie Creations. It was spotlessly clean, they have the best stock of jewellery I have seen for piercings. My piercer was so professional, very experienced, had a great knowledge and a fantastic creative eye for ear curating. I was not rushed at all, all the staff were warm and welcoming. A lovely customer service experience. I am delighted with my piercing and cannot wait to return for more! I would highly highly recommend this business for any piercing requirements. Customer service is clearly a high priority for this business owner along with high standards overall.

Such a great experience, start to finish. Online booking system is easy to use, the shop and studios are spotlessly clean. Wide range of jewelry with all budgets catered for. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and were able to curate my ear around old scar tissue and my natural ear shape. The beautiful Irene had me laughing the whole way through my appointment that I didn't feel a thing! She is an absolute diamond and I cannot wait to come back for my new round of piercings 🥰 would never go anywhere else now. Highly recommend to everyone.

Place with plenty of jewelry options, beautiful and of good quality. I loved the service with the Polish girl (I forgot her name) who was so adorable. I loved the work and I'm loving my new piercings.

Very welcoming environment, spotless and sterile too. Came here for a surface piercing and my piercer Charlie gave me many options on where I could get it and plenty of additional information to help put me at ease. Great choice of jewellery, a little bit more expensive than other studios around but sometimes you pay a bit more for quality and a smooth experience with knowledgeable staff. Also received concise aftercare advice and saline solution. (And a lollipop) Would 100% recommend! Thanks :)

Such an excellent experience! Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I had an idea of what I wanted and i was guided what would work for me with the shape of my ear! Angelo done my piercings, I told him I was nervous and he spent time talking to me about the process. He was very calming and chatted with me throughout! I'm so so happy with my piercings, but the whole experience was excellent! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Super experience from start to finish. Visited with my SIL both getting x3 piercings each. First impressions were great, beautiful place, very clean and staff are so friendly. I was very impressed with my consultation and was given plenty of before and after care instructions as well as having them emailed to me. I was so nervous but my peircer ( I wish I could remember her name) really made me feel at ease and she was so quick and very gentle. Didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. The choice of jewellery is amazing. Choosing was the hard part. I've to go back in 2 months for a check up, which is amazing. Thank you for such a great experience. I can't wait for my next piercing. I recommend them to everyone. Back in for my 2 month check up and they downsized the bar, its healing great. I had the same lovely girl look after me. I'll definitely be back for more work.
